The fundraising system of Charity WordPress Theme – Charity WP is operated by the TP Donate plugin which has been also developed by ThimPress themselves. This is an advantage because users will not be dependent on the support from a 3rd party product. For easier management, the fundraising system is divided into 2 menus: Campaigns and Donate. The Campaigns menu is made for separated plans/ projects that you want to call for donation. From here, you can set up Goal & Raised, Compensate amount. Besides that, it is very easy for you to add a new campaign, categories or tags like a normal post for Campaigns. The “Donate Today†button is arranged in the right footer. When you click on it, you will be able to have full control of all campaigns. If donors want to give donation for any campaign, just hover the mouse and then “Donate Now†button will be available for them.
The Donate menu is built to fundraise for the whole site in which you can see ID, name, date, payment method & status for donations and information about donors or “Add newâ€. Moreover, the setting part is very smart with detailed settings on General, Email, Check Out and Donate to decide how will they be displayed in the front-end. The “Donate†button, which is a widget, is located in the right header for quick donation. The TP Donate plugin supports 3 popular payment methods: AuthorizeNet, PayPal, Stripe.
