A WooCommerce extension to send SMS & EMAIL notification to customers. There are 3 types of notification using this plugin, Payment reminder notification, before delivery date notification and product review/feedback notification.
Pending Payment Notification
Emails and SMS must be send to the users whose payment is still pending and whose order status is ‘Pending Payment’ in the order edit screen. This plugin automatically detects orders with pending payments and send them payment reminders Emails/SMS or both. This plugin provides you a way to set up three payment reminder emails/sms for user. You can manage all aspect of every single payment reminder email/sms separately from the default woocommerce email tabs. Emails generated through our plugin will be listed here along with default woo-commerce email templates.

You can setup second and third payment reminder in the same way.
Delivery Reminder Email/SMS
This setting can be used to notify the user about product delivery just before the day of delivery. You can send an sms or email or both to notify user that their product will be delivered by tomorrow or today as you want. Admin can set from settings before how many days of delivery he wants to notify user about product delivery. SMS & Email contents are manageable in the backend.
Product Review Reminder
As soon as an order is completed, a product review email is sent to user. Following that received email, user can give feedback for the purchased product in return. Every settings related to product review email can be setup from backend.
Refund Policy
As developer, we understand that sometime you pickup a wrong product which doesn’t fit with your requirement. We’re introducing “one click refund policy†to refund you back if you’re not 100% satisfied with the product.
