WordPress Multisite User Sync plugin can sync/unsync users from one site (blog) to the other sites (blogs) in your WordPress Multisite network.
Types of multisite network
Multi-domains. For example: example.site1, example.site2
Sub-domains. For example: site1.example.com, site2.example.com
Sub-directories. For example: example.com/site1, example.com/site2

Settings
General
User Roles: Select user roles you want to give individual sync/unsync access.
Auto Sync
Auto Sync?: If you check âAuto Sync?â then users will sync/unsync automatically and individual user sync option will disable.
Auto Sync Type: 1.All sites:- It will sync/unsync all sites users automatically. 2.Main site to sub sites:- It will sync/unsync main site users to sub sites automatically.
Usage
Bulk Sync/Unsync: You can sync/unsync bulk users from one site to the other sites. Please follow the below steps.
Go to âNetwork Adminâ-> âUser Syncâ
You will see WordPress Multisite User Sync page
Select source site you want sync/unsync from
Add records per page
Click on âFilterâ button
You will see list of records
Select records you want sync/unsync
Select destination sites you want sync/unsync
Click on âSync/Unsyncâ button
Individual Sync/Unsync: You can sync/unsync individual users from one site to the other sites. Please follow the below steps.
Edit any user
You will see âWordPress Multisite User Syncâ section
Select destination sites you want sync/unsync
Click on âSync/Unsyncâ button
